BRUTUS RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At BRUTUS Naturals, we stand behind every product we make. We keep it simple and straightforward — just like our grooming products.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Not happy with your order? We get it — not every product works for every guy. Here is how we handle it:
UNOPENED PRODUCTS
Changed your mind? No problem. Return any unopened, unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. You cover return shipping costs.
OPENED PRODUCTS
Already cracked the seal? We cannot accept physical returns on opened products — shipping costs would eat you alive on a low-cost item. Instead, we will issue you store credit for the full product value so you can try something else from our lineup. Just reach out within 30 days of delivery.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — that is on us. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will send you a free replacement. No questions asked. No return needed.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR CREDIT
Email us at support@brutusgrooming.com with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) in question
- Reason for the return or credit request
- Photo of damage (if applicable)
We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
REFUND PROCESSING
Once we approve your return or credit:
- Refunds (unopened items): Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product. Refund goes back to your original payment method.
- Store Credit (opened items): Issued within 1-2 business days via email. No expiration date.
- Replacements (damaged/defective): Shipped within 1-2 business days at no cost to you.
WHAT WE DO NOT COVER
- Products returned after 30 days
- Items damaged through misuse
- Return shipping costs (unless the item arrived damaged or defective)
