BRUTUS SHIPPING POLICY

We do not mess around when it comes to getting your gear to you. Here is everything you need to know about BRUTUS shipping.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders of $30 or more ship free within the United States.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders under $30 ship for a flat rate of $5.50. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping is available at checkout for $15.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout. Any duties or import taxes charged by your country are your responsibility. All international orders are final sale.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the ship date, email us at support@brutusgrooming.com and we will track it down or make it right.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@brutusgrooming.com within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
