BRUTUS SHIPPING POLICY

We do not mess around when it comes to getting your gear to you. Here is everything you need to know about BRUTUS shipping.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders over $34 ship free within the continental United States. Simple as that.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders under $34 ship via USPS for a flat rate of $5.99. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using that number.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. We are working on expanding — stay tuned.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the ship date, contact us at support@brutusgrooming.com and we will track it down or make it right.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@brutusgrooming.com within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost to you. No runaround.
